A premium, hands-on incubator: two full days taking one idea from a scoped concept to a working minimum viable product.

  1. Day 1

    Idea to Working Product

    • Confirming the problem, the user and the MVP scope
    • Finalising the product brief, user flow and technical approach
    • Setting up the development environment, repository and AI coding workflow
    • Building the core interface and application structure
    • Adding database, authentication and core services where required
    • Getting the primary user journey working end to end
  2. Day 2

    Working Product to MVP

    • Continuing to build the highest-priority features
    • Debugging, testing and stabilising
    • Improving usability and interface quality
    • Reviewing privacy, security and data handling basics
    • Deploying the MVP, and configuring hosting or a domain where appropriate
    • Creating a post-incubator roadmap

Scoping before the incubator

Pre-incubator scoping is required. Ideas are reviewed before the program so that an unrealistic concept can be reduced to a credible MVP before the two days begin.

What two days does not produce

The program does not promise a production-hardened, App Store-ready or commercially complete product in two days.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Digital Attitudes is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to the prices shown. We intend to register for GST; when we do, the prices on this page will be updated and labelled accordingly.
