Where
In person (we are based in Melbourne; venue confirmed on booking) or live online.
Group size
Deliberately small groups, so there is time for individual questions and individual work.

A practical introduction for people with an app idea. Two hours to get from a rough idea to a scoped one.

  • Clarifying the problem the app is solving, and identifying the intended user
  • Turning an idea into a simple product brief
  • Defining the minimum viable product, and separating essential features from later ideas
  • Understanding the major pieces of a modern technology stack
  • Mapping likely screens, user flows, data and external services
  • Leaving with a recommended development pathway and a clearer sense of scope
