A single hour-and-a-half session for adult students. It covers using AI to learn more effectively and where the boundary sits between legitimate support and academic misconduct.

- Adults 18 and over. Students and adult learners who want to use AI as a learning tool without outsourcing their learning or jeopardising academic integrity.

- Deliberately small groups, so there is time for individual questions and individual work.

- Using AI to explain difficult concepts in different ways
- Socratic tutoring, and checking understanding rather than simply providing answers
- Generating practice questions, quizzes and revision activities
- Study planning, note organisation and revision support
- Getting feedback on ideas and drafts without asking AI to produce assessable work
- Research literacy, source checking, fabricated citations and verification
- Understanding academic integrity boundaries, and following the rules of the relevant school, university or training provider
